Cambridge International Schools Sudan
used to run Teachers Training Sessions every year.
In 2013 the most important training
session was ( Preparation and Implementation of Lesson Plan Using
CIE/QCA/EYFS Framework & Scheme of Work With Focus on QCA Primary &
Cambridge University Primary Program)
All Kindergarten , Primary and Lower
Secondary teachers ( of the core subject , Geography , History and ICT
)are required to attend this training session ( Compulsory) .
All teacher assistants are required
to take this training online.
After taking the course workshop
(Attend or Online ) you are required to submit (The End of Training Test
) online.
This test will be marked by the
Academic Managers in each school and will be send to HR Department to be
a reference for any future evaluation or assessment of the teacher or
teacher's assistant .
Any Teacher/ Teacher Assistant who get 85% and above will be awarded
(PILP)
certification from
Cambridge Schools.
Those who fail to complete the training course either by attend or
online the school will hold any promotions , privileges and requests for
them until the completion of the training course and the submission of
the final test.
You will have only 2 weeks as from
20th August 2013 to take your final test ( closing date will be the 5th
of September 2013).
The final test is an ( Open
Book Test ). In fact, open book
tests are not easy tests. Open book tests teach you how to find
information when you need it. The questions are designed to teach you
how to use your brain. And contrary to popular belief, you do not get
off the hook when it comes to studying for an open book exam. You just
need to study a little differently.

Teachers Training Session during the summer holiday every year . The
training last for 2-3 days and include an introduction to The British
National
Curriculum as well as Cambridge University Program.
